For this year on my home turf I've invited some friends to join me in making use of the building next door to my studio.

For many years a disused engineering workshop, Factory 4 has undergone a bit of a revamp over the past ten months, and we are showing off the result by letting the light in on a delightful and diverse selection of work from local artists and makers.

Alongside my own pots will be original drawings, prints and sculptures by artist/ecologist Charlotte Moreton; woven textile wallhangings and delicate scarves by Ineta Zeile; artist's books and prints by Murray Marshall and mixed media semi-abstract paintings by Patsy Fraser.

There will also be a collection of photographs recording the progress of a building lost in time to one brought sympathetically back into use - a unique workplace.
